Practice: standing and sitting
Simple assembly of the table took about 5 minutes and now I was reunited with my BEKANT. It's nice to get used to this table.

By the way, you can put quite a lot of things on the tabletop and even drop your torso from fatigue - according to the passport, it can withstand as much as 70 kg (surely, there is a reserve here, but I don’t want to check).

Working while standing is difficult at first and, to be honest, I encountered the same forgetfulness: then I sit too long, then I stagnate. Don’t think that buying a desk will make you disciplined: if you haven’t alternated between standing and sitting before, you won’t suddenly start doing this...
But still, when there is a chic table under your elbows for sit-stand work, then there are no excuses and this table itself is already an incentive to stand more often and change position more often. And this is really starting to happen: although not ideally, according to the schedule, I really began to work while standing and sitting.
I am sure that with this table in the future I will sit much less often for long periods of time, and as a result, I will definitely reduce my risks of cancer and other diseases that were listed at the beginning of the text. Roughly speaking, I will live longer.
And the benefits here are much more obvious than from the same fitness watch. If you want to invest in your health, create a work environment that suits your individual needs.
A person needs movement: so that you can often change your body position, buy a desk for standing-sitting work if you don’t already have one!
